In order to fillet the bulkheads in, one needs to put their head in the hatch holes, which is not comfortable. What I did was to hang the kayak from the ceiling to make things easier. This is also how I store the kayak, above the garage door.

The Stern bulkhead turned out much nicer, and this is the one that people will be able to see.

Here is my bow bulkhead from the cockpit side. It was a long reach to fillet the seam... I could have cleaned it up a bit better...

I liked it so much that I added a new one to the stern deck for good measure.

I removed the old love congee from the recessed panel and added this new one. The rice paper on this one really dissapeared nicely.

Cutting the hatch holes was nerve racking, but not so bad.

Well, I had some great fun paddling TernStyle this summer, but it is time to put her back in drydock.
